Our talented kitchen team continue to 'work their magic' and have created a fabulous new winter menu.  Taking advantage of local produce and what the season brings the new menu is sure to have something to tempt you.  Already there are a few favourites; for starters; the hearty bacon, potato and sweetcorn chowder is a must, or try one of our new home-made topped flatbreads.  The main dishes that are very popular are grilled rainbow trout fillets with Bantry Bar mussels and the chicken breast stuffed with chestnut mushrooms and a white truffle and thyme stuffing - mmmmm!   In addition to our regular menu we also have 'daily specials' so have a browse through those too!.  Don't forget to leave room for one of our fabulous puds!

We can cater for parties from 15 to 50 in our elegant first floor dining room.  Our function menu allows you to 'build your own' bespoke menu to suit your tastes and budget.  In addition to seated functions with 2 or 3 courses we can also cater for hot and cold buffets and finger buffets.  Liberty's is also available for exclusive parties and functions for private hire.

From our puddings and digestifs selection there will be something to tantalise your tastebuds.  The hot chocolate pudding with molten chocolate centre served with Mr Minghellas cappuccino ice cream is a must.  Or if you can't quite manage a pud then one of 'The Monks' should tempt you - or a perfectly built liqueur coffee with a shot of your favourite tipple!

We have a good range of wines and champagnes on our regular Wine List.  We do also have a special wine list that changes daily to enable us to offer our customers a taste of the more unusual and to take advatange of some very special offers.  With our special offers we try to include a selection of fine wines at incredible prices.
